Easy Effects for Fantasy+ pt1

Breaking up the old tutorial into multiple sections. This tutorial covers the nimbus effect, and talks about basics such as selections, feathering, a bit of file prep, and clipping groups. Basic stuff that makes photoshop life easier. I'm integrating some basic photoshop knowledge into each tutorial to cover any blindspots. However, if anything is unclear, please tell me.

Next tutorial will not have the big file setup preamble, and will focus on light effects. I also plan to do a small tutorial on Illustrator inking, which could have been clearer, as well as some other methods of colouring, such as using gradients.

As always, suggestions for tutorials are encouraged.
